Foster the confidence to report indications of violations and misconducts.

At PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (also known as Indonesia Port Corporation, hereinafter referred to as IPC) and its subsidiaries, Corporate Value and IPC Way are used to guide Insan IPC in their daily interactions and transactions with all stakeholders. Every achievements accomplished at the expense of sacrificing the code of conduct is not acceptable nor is an option.

Whistleblowing system is introduced to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance and to provide the opportunity for all Insan IPC and other stakeholders to submit a report on indications of ethical values violations, based on the evidence that can be accounted for and is in good faith.

The Management of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and its subsidiaries believe in creating a culture of transparent, open and honest communication. Therefore, Insan IPC and all stakeholders are encouraged to talk through this independent system at any time ethics or compliance violations occurred.

Through this system, Insan IPC or stakeholders who filed a report will be given protection, both in terms of anonymity and the possibility of a counterclaim.

By submitting reports of the violations, you have helped creating a peaceful environment for interaction and trading. You also help PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) and its subsidiaries to minimize fraud, theft and corruption in our work environment.
